Ordering
When you place an order, you are agreeing to purchase the selected items at the prices displayed at the time of checkout. All orders are subject to product availability, and we reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock or unavailable.

- Direct Bank Transfer
All payments are processed securely to ensure your privacy and protection.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase, including the items you ordered, your shipping address, and your order number. Please review this information and notify us immediately if any details are incorrect.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently only ship to addresses within Australia.
Shipping Fees: A flat rate of $15 for orders under $200. Free shipping for orders over $200.
Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Orders are processed and shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed after 12 pm (noon) on these days will be shipped the next scheduled shipping day.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track its progress.
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in the best condition possible. Once your order leaves our hands in the best packaging available, it is in the care of Australia Post. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues once the package is with the carrier.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination address within Australia. For orders over $200, we offer free shipping.
Out of Stock Items
In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives such as backordering, waiting for stock to be replenished, or a full refund.
Modifying or Cancelling an Order
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more information on how to return or exchange your purchase.
